Our Commitment to Our Tenants

Ideal Rooms’ customer service is super responsive andaccessible. Support is available via email and phone with flexible text messaging for busy professionals. All our Tenants enjoy peace of mind by having a dedicated Property Manager on the ground who knows the property inside out and spends time building up a rapport with each Tenant. Tenants can raise maintenance issues easily by contacting the dedicated maintenance email and they can rest assured that, wherever possible, maintenance issues will be resolved promptly. Ideal Rooms’ philosophy is to work with the Tenants.

Renting is a two way relationship: we do our best to look after you know and we know that you’ll treat our properties with respect. We always try to work together with our clients to get it right.

Keeping Our Tenants’ Deposits Safe

We know how important it is to all our Tenants that we look after their deposits. For every new Tenant that we have to safeguard their deposit. The Tenant can guarantee that, in the unlikely event that something happens to Ideal Rooms, then all our Tenants’ deposits will be returned to them in full.

If you ever have an issue with your deposit, then you can use an independent mediator through Ideal Rooms. We always work really well with our tenants and are proud to say that we’ve never had to go to this stage.
