We've got you covered here too. We ensure you remain in a quality home, dealing with the routine up keep ourselves. And if you need something repaired, we're an email or phone call away to get it fixed ASAP.

Furnishing
Nowadays, you don't pay a low rent and get to live in a furnished flat. If it does, it is rare to have quality and have everything that you need. At Ideal Rooms, we always provide good quality furnished properties. Saving you on average of £2000 in start-up costs, that you'd pay if you were renting on your own.

Our homes are fully equipped with all the appliances a modern home needs; including TVs, DVD players and other kitchen appliances saving you a small fortune, between £1500-£2000.

Phone Line and Broadband installation
The installation of services such as a telephone line and broadband can take anything up to 3 months, costing £120-£150 with contracts upto 12-18 months.
If you were to move on and miss payments, you could damage your credit rating.
